Dishes include: Fruity passion sauce over pork; Sea-meal stack; Beef and mushroom casserole; Veal pot roast; Pineapple and orange duck casserole; Chilli mince.

Verso of each page gives the recipe for the dish shown and hints on cooking pork, beef and lamb.
