Shows a group of troubled youth getting military training. They are manically shotting off guns. One is sniffing glue and another is smoking marijuana. Their instructors are standing on a hill in the background and comment about how they must defend New Zealand. Refers to Winston Peters' proposal to introduce compulsory military training for deliniquents.
