Finance Minister, Michael Cullen, sits in the doctor's consulting room talking with the doctor. Michael Cullen has a huge paunch and the doctor asks him for how long he has experienced the gluttonous urge to consume other people's money. The Minister responds with a belch. Refers to the large financial surplus the government has revealed and Cullen's reluctance to use it for tax cuts. Refers also to worrying levels of obesity in society.
