Shows leader of the National Party, John Key, smoking a 'Big Biz cigar, and wearing flip flops and a gas mask with the words 'emissions timetable' on it. Refers to the fact that the National Party were initially in support of Labour's Emissions Trading Scheme but have now changed their mind so that Labour will get the bill through parliament with difficulty and the timetable will be jeopardised. The flip flops (jandals) suggest indecision.
