Shows a scene in a barber's shop where a man, who is sitting in the barber's chair, looks at the tiny amount of hair on the floor and protests at the what he regards as a poor haircut to the barber, a thinly-disguised, New Zealand Minister of Finance, Michael Cullen. Refers to the 2005 budget in which there were minimal tax cuts.
