A small scruffy man stands in front of three large picture frames each conspicuously lacking a picture; the first is entitled 'Helen's election date, the second 'Don's tax break' and the third 'Winston's coalition partner'. Refers to a somewhat frustrating lack of information on all three subjects. The names refer to the Prime Minister, Helen Clark, Don Brash, Leader of the National opposition and Winston Peters, Leader of New Zealand First.
