Description

Shows lighthouse on hill at right, with two figures sitting at lower right. At left is Nobby Island, with a low line of rockes stretching out to it from the mainland.

The land between Nobby's Island and the mainland was reclaimed in the nineteenth century. The area is now known as Nobbys and forms part of Newcastle city
