Description

This cartoon features Defence Minister Arthur Faulkner and others welcoming back the frigate which has been protesting about French nuclear testing in the Pacific. A man (possibly Fraser Colman) is running back up the gangplank after hearing how bad things are in New Zealand.

Extended Title - 'Funny! He wanted to know how things have been going back here, so I told him about the industrial crisis and the wage freeze and the prices freeze and the bad snowfalls and the heavy stock losses and ther power crisis and the power cuts -.'
