Shows cartoon character Fred Clueless having his portrait painted by official war artist Peter McIntyre. McIntyre has called the painting "Kiwi peeling spuds". Originally published in the NZEF Times (NZ Expeditionary Forces) March 12 1945. Cut out from Evening post newspaper, Wellington, 1940s.
