Arrangement of text around central engraving showing Wellington Corporation Tramways tram in street outside building labelled Telegraph Dept. D.I.C. building in the side street is labelled "The Drapery & General Importing Company of New Zealand Limited". Text mentions Brandon Street entrance and three entrances in Panama Street.
