Description

Shows two scenes; in the first Finance Minister Michael Cullen is sitting at his desk pondering over recent parliamentary backbiting. In the second scene Cullen is holding a paper up on which are the words, "Budget 2005 'small & mean". Refers to Michael Cullen's 2005 budget which didn't have the tax cuts people had hope for.
