Description

Scenes at Waiwhetu Marae, Lower Hutt, photographed in September 1960 by Ans Westra. Shows a man working on the exterior of the meeting house; Maori children playing in front of state houses and men next to a volkswagon. Children identified as Parani and Maraea Morgan. (Possibly Marama Morgan (See AWM-0203, also photographed by Ans Westra at the Koroneihana hui at Turangawaewae)
