Description

Solicitor General Mr R C Savage and Crown counsel Mr D P Neazor arriving at the Supreme Court in Wellington for a hearing during the Dr Sutch trial. Includes two individual portraits, and one image of the men together. Photographs taken circa 23 October 1974 by an unidentified photographer for the Evening Post.

Sutch was charged under the Official Secrets Act 1951 with the offence of obtaining information that would be helpful to an enemy. He was aquitted in February 1975.
