- Description
Uncle Sam is about to drop a huge missile on an easy target labelled Iraq. He does not notice a missile labelled N. Korea, which he inadvertantly sits on. Refers to the fact that, while focussing on Iraq, the United States is ignoring North Korea, an agressive country with an obvious weapons of mass destruction programme.
