Shows the plane carrying Helen Clark, the Prime Minister, to the Dublin rugby world cup. It is running late and the tail has fallen off but Clark insists that the pilot hurry up. Refers to the motorcade incident where the car Clark was travelling in reached speeds of up to 172km/h so that she could attend a rugby union match in Wellington.
