The Statue of Liberty farewells 'American Pie' as a car representing General Motors flies over a cliff losing its wheel in the process. Refers to the filing for bankruptcy by General Motors which has come to grief during the recession. President Obama has decided to intervene and has fired the CEO of General Motors and suggesting bankruptcy as the best course for the General Motors and Chrysler. 'American pie' symbolises the good times.
