FMC is a federation of tramping, mountaineering, hunting, skiing and alpine clubs which began in 1930; 96 clubs representing 14,000 members. Representatives meet four times a year, in Wellington. Club members working for clubs on issues of access, protection and wise management of our public lands, and the promotion of our sports.
