- Description
Scene shows Prime Minister, Helen Clark, as the teacher of a class; one of the students, David Benson-Pope, Associate Minister of Education, is sitting in the corner but sticks his tongue out as the teacher tells him that he has been punished enough. A second student, Leader of the Opposition, Don Brash, jeers that Benson-Pope is teacher's pet and a third student, Act Leader, Rodney Hide, scowls and says that Benson-Pope should be expelled. Refers to recent allegations against Benson-Pope of abuse of students when he was a teacher which has caused him to be stood down and then re-instituted to all his portfolios except education until the matter has been investigated.
