- View of Checker Taxicab Company Ltd premises on the corner of Wellesley Street East and Lorne Street. Three cabs are parked at the kerbside and a fourth is parked in the entrance to the garage where it is being vacuumed using an `Electrolux portable cleaning outfit'. Fullers' Opera House can be seen on the opposite side of the road in Wellesley Street West. Photograph taken by William A Price ca 1925-1930.
