Boat Harbour in Oriental Bay, Wellington
[Circa 1924 to 1926]

View of the boat harbour in Oriental Bay, Wellington, circa 1920s. Shows people in a small cutter "Oyster" moored next to the boat ramp, and another boat anchored further out. People mull around in front of the boat houses on the shore, and houses are visible in the background. Photograph taken by an unidentified photographer for the Evening Post newspaper. Possibly a welcome party for the vessel when she was first owned in Wellington.
