A base cadastral map of a duplicated plan of the area between Tory, College, Vivian streets and Cambridge Terrace shows numbered subdivisions in Sections 271, 272, 278 and 279. Includes extensive detail of property owners or lessees, C.T. numbers, Deed Plan numbers and boundary mesurements. Additions to this map are some details of ownership changes, which include names of businesses.
Names on the base map include: A. M. Lewis, Governors Wellington College and Girls' High School, Morgan, E. H. & L. Auld, Rough & Co. Ltd., Fletcher Trust Co. Ltd., A. E. Nicoll, B. Berks, W. J. Hawker, A. M. Harding, W. & C. Watts, F. Robinson, W. Belcher, Annie Deckston, Mrs. I. Perkins, W. H. Phillips, T. A. E. Wells, W. T. Lapworth, J. S. & W. H. Faulkner, J. Swinson, Citizens Day Nurseries Incorporated, W. M. King.
Handwritten alterations to section ownership include the names of Gollin & Co., Amuri Motors, and also the notation 'Transferred to A. M. Lewis, May 1938'. Includes two amended section measurements in square feet
