Description

Shows a man dropping his completed 'MMP referendum' form into a slot beneath which there is a waste paper bin into which it falls. A man nearby observes and comments that it is nice of the government to give the people a chance to have their say. Refers to the promise by the government of a referendum at the 2011 election to determine whether MMP should stay as the preferred voting system or not. Many think this a waste of money.
