Two members of the Waitangi Tribunal, Chief Judge Edward Durie (left) and Mr Paul Temm QC, seen during a visit to a kohanga reo (language nursery) at Waiwhetu, Lower Hutt. Seen with them are (from left) Harehana Pupuke (5), Awhina Woods (4), Tautoko Ratu (6), Matariki Puketapu (2), Benjamin Cowan (1), and Tame Ngaheke (5).
