The President of Sri Lanka Mahinda Rajapaksa, sits on a chair on top of a dead tiger represenring 'Tamil Rights' - it is a Tamil tiger. He holds a large weapon and declares 'Victory at last'. Refers to the struggle between the government and the Tamil Tiger rebels who have been fighting for a separate state for Tamils in the north and east of Sri Lanka since the 1970s. The Tigers are restricted to a 20 sq km (12.4 sq miles) coastal patch that the government has designated a "safe zone" for civilians.
