Shows Sir Robert Muldoon, who has been covered with sludge from a large outlet pipe labelled "Syngas Outfall". He exclaims "Boy - do the Labour Party have egg on their face over this!"
Published in the New Zealand listener, 28 May 1983, page 13, according to a note in pencil at the top of recto.
