Description

There are two frames. In the first, board members of an electricity company sit around a table debating and chosing in favour of giving themselves large bonuses rather than spending money on improved infrastructure. In the second we see the electricity company building in which these talks are taking place; from the window floats a voice commenting on the fact that the customers could suffer blackouts followed by a second voice sarcastically saying that they can eat candle then. Refers to power failures especially in the Auckland area during the winter caused by infrastructure failures.
