There are two scenes; in the first Winston Peters, leader of New Zealand First is making a stirring speech to his constituents, promising to lead them into the next election. When his elderly constituents respond as though to a pop star, by throwing their large knickers, stays and support stockings at him as they scream their adoration, Winston Peters from under the pile of garments appears to be having second thoughts about his promises.
