Description

The Prime Minister, Walter Nash, angrily addressing a crowd of Labour M.P.s, a bathroom key behind his back. One man to the left is cracking a whip. A pile of bathing paraphernalia is in the foreground, and to the right a nervous man, possibly Warren Freer, is being handed a rubber duck by Mabel Howard. Recognisable among the front row are Arnold Nordmeyer (centre with a bald head), Clarence Skinner, and Eruera Tirikatene (right, with darker skin).
