Programme of performances by the Returned Soldiers' Choir, the Tin Hat Club Orchestra, members of the Repertory Theatre, Police Pipe Band and selected artistes (including Reg Blow, J J Drew, T Goodall, R Walpole, L A Hill, L K Morris, P Lowndes, Harison Cook, F Dick, Dan Evans, Henry Tahiwi, Norma Woodcock. Included a performance by Wellington Repertory Theatre of "The road of poplars", a play by Vernon Sylvane, directed by G H A Swan.
