- Description
The scene is a suburban street. An elderly couple are standing at their letterbox reading a questionnaire which has been delivered to them by an elderly postman riding a bicycle. Across the road a new rest home is under construction. The questionnaire is about how to boost New Zealand's declining population. Refers to Winston Peter's immigration policy which was criticised as being racist.
