Survey map of Hakeri no. 6F (corrected in pencil to no. 4F), Waikawa showing the property claimed by James and Robert Ranfield as 361-2-0 acres (corrected in red ink to 363-2-0 acres). Distinguishable features of the property include the sea in the west, the Waikawa River, Hakeri, the Okaka swamp, Ngata Rata stream and Pukahu.
Original title: 'Hakeri no. 6F ...' changed by pencil annotation.
Several manuscript corrections to map, as per note on map 'NB: BF corrected in terms with Wairawa surveys - WIB'. Several of the survey measurements have been corrected in red ink. Several pencil markings of calculations.
