Staff and relatives of residents picketing outside Churtonleigh Retirement Home, Connolly Street, Lower Hutt, in protest at pay rates of staff. At right are Graeme Bridge and his mother, Gwenda, a resident of the home. To their left is Shirley Wakelin, daughter of a resident.
