Police Commission of Inquiry. "Great. We always finish in time for the next wave." 4 April, 2007.
Two policemen are building a sandcastle labelled 'Public support' on a beach. As they finish, one of them comments that they always finish in time for the next wave. At that moment an enormous wave labelled 'Police Commission of Inquiry' bears down on them. Refers to the difficulties the police had retaining public support in the face of the damning report into police conduct completed by Commissioner Dame Margaret Bazley in April 2007.
