Guy (Photographer), 1868-1918

Guy Morris was the brother of photographer John Richard Morris and for a time worked as a press photographer for the Otago Witness. There is a self portrait in Knight's "NZ Photographers: a selection". He died on 28 December 1918 (aged 50), and was buried at Andersons Bay. Probate records are held at Archives NZ (Dunedin) (no.6213). The Wise's NZPO Directory (1915), p2135 is simply "Guy". [Auckland City Libraries; Photographers Database].
