Three people stand at a bus stop; one of them reads a newspaper with a headline that reads 'Lavish spending on foreign affairs' and the elderly man beside him assumes that 'Tiger's back'. Refers to the 'scandal' over inappropriate use of ministerial credit cards which resulted in several Labour Party ministers being disciplined. Refers also to the scandal (many months old) of American golfer Tiger Woods falling from grace over various extra-marital affairs he had.
