View of Cowes Bay taken from a high vantage point above the bay and looking north east towards Pakatoa Island in the far distance. A ferry is moored at the wharf. A tent can be seen in the foreground to the left near the beach. Several pleasure craft are moored in the bay. A power line is just visible in the immediate foreground running down the hill to the bay. Taken by William Archer Price in early 1900s.
