Shows a large ship docked at a wharf. Mr Bland is leaning over the edge of the wharf and looking down at Nordmeyer who is in a rowing boat full of parking meters. Nordmeyer is about to row off with the parking meters and is asking Bland if the ships are still there. Refers to the shipping pile up in Auckland and parking fines.
