Photograph of four Japanese sailors and an officer in the ship's boat at seawall next to Clyde Quay Wharf near Oriental Bay, Wellington probablytaken from the deck of the ship, Asama, by Crown Studios Ltd of Wellington, during the visit of the Japanese naval training squadron to Wellington between 4 and 9 February 1924. A large crowd has gathered to see the ship.
