Auckland Railway Station

Beach Road Railway Station (Auckland, N.Z.)

Built by the New Zealand Public Works Department between 1928 and 1930. It replaced a smaller terminal on the site of Britomart. Designed by Gummer and Ford. In 1999 the station was partly converted for use by the University of Auckland and named The Railway Campus. It is the largest of the university's residences.
