Anglican minister. In 1940, as a widower with six children, he married Coralie Hinehauone Cook. They had three further children, Walter, Jane and Susan. Rev Cook worked after 1940 in Wellington, Pongaroa, Patea, Bulls, Greytown, Masterton and Carterton. Attended the Wellington District Maori Anglican Hui Aroha at Masterton in 1961, with Pastors Taiapa, Keith Elliot and Rushworth.
