Wellington Opera House (1888-1914)

71-77 Manners Street. Replaced the Te Aro Opera House (1881-1888) when it burnt down. Reopened December 1888 as Wellington Opera House. Renamed Everybodys Picture Theatre in 1914 upon adaptation for movie watching. In 1914 the Grand Opera House opened 111-113 Manners Street.
