New Zealand potter. Owned Hector Pottery, Ngakawau, via Westport, with his wife, Anne Crawford from 1974. Grew up in Runanga, educated at Greymoyth High School where he met potter Yvonne Rust who arranged for him to work at Waimea Pottery under Jack Laird. Served as a committee member of the New Zealand Society of Potters for a time.
