Physical Description: Holograph (41 cm; vellum)
Provenance: Affixed to the front pastedown are a note by an Italian book dealer and the book label of the Rev. Walter Sneyd (1809-1888). The latter suggests that the manuscript was among the books of Matteo Luigi Canonici (1727-1805), which passed to Giovanni Perisnotti and were then bought by Sneyd in 1834. The book was lot 833 in the Sneyd sale, Sotheby's, 16 December 1903, and was bought by Quaritch. Subsequent provenance before the manuscript was accessioned into the Alexander Turnbull Library in 1955 is unknown.
