Fourth son of Thomas Cockburn-Hood (1820-1889). Runholder at Glendonald Station, Masterton. Photographed in 1904 amongst delegates at the conference of the Wellington Provincial District, Farmers' Union, held at Masterton on the 24 and 25th of May. See PAColl-0084-1.
