Wellington librarian, bookseller and stationer, resident Lloyd Street ca 1890 with bookshop in Cuba Street. By 1906 he was Librarian, Wellington Public Library, with a home at 93 Mein Street. (Wises Post Office Directories, 1890-1906). Author of `In early days; the harbour as it was...', 1923. NZ National Bibliography Vol 2 A-H, p 82 / Bagnall.
