Christ Church (Whanganui, N.Z.)

First church completed in 1844 in Victoria Avenue and stood until 1866. Second church completed in 1866 and stood until 1920. It was moved to Gonville in 1921 and still stands as St Peter's Church. The third church was built in 1920, originally intended to be the hall for a magnificent new Church of Cathedral dimensions which was never built.
