Evans, William Albert (Rev), 1857-1921

Welsh-born Congregational Minister. Left his ministry in Nelson to establish the Forward Movement in Wellington with Reverend G H Bradbury. Married Kate Edger, the first woman in the British Empire to earn a bachelor of arts degree (1877).
