Klevstul, Tor, 1944-2000

Architect, property developer, painter, poet and philosopher. Norwegian trained as an architect but working as an engineer who came to NZ ca 1973, working in Dunedin. In late 1980s, came to Auckland and developed the ParkRoyal Hotel, Wellington, under Norseman Pacific, of which he was chairman and major shareholder.
