Photographer. Born Cardiff, Wales, 1858, son of Richard Lauder Williams (1833-1916) and Sarah Ann Williams (1832?-1920). Emigrated to New Zealand with parents ca 1881. Worked for the Railways Department. Married Lydia Devereux in 1887. Brother-in-law of A B Keyworth (1862-1919).
