Variations in title - Typescript of A pioneer missionary among the Maoris...

Grace came to New Zealand in 1850 as a Church Missionary Society missionary. He was first stationed at Turanga, Poverty Bay, and from that station he visited parts of the East Coast. By 1855 he had established a new station at Taupo. He left Taupo in 1863 for Matata, Bay of Plenty and was at Opotiki when Volkner was murdered
